会上，与其他董事会成员代表听取了IBFed秘书处2010年年度财务预算报告,听取了IBFed各工作小组工作情况的报告，还听取了IBFed与G20等国际金融机构组织沟通情况的介绍。

在讨论IBFed与有关组织沟通及宣传问题时，我建议IBFed应重视与消费者组织的沟通与联系，从而增强IBFed的影响力与话语权（Pay attention to communicating with consumer’s organizations so as to enhance IBFed’ influence and speaking rights）。

在讨论与G20沟通情况时，我提出，G20应吸取国际货币基金组织过去失败的教训，不应过多地干预特定国家的财经政策，而是要聚焦于国际地解决一些国际性紧迫问题；聚焦于国际地协调一些国际性财经事务，尤其是国际性金融监管事务；聚焦于国际地制定一些国际性财经规则。这才是国际社会所需要的G20。（G20 should draw a lessen from IMF’s failed experiences, instead of interfering some specific countries’ fiscal & financial policy, focus on resolving some international emergency problems internationally; focus on coordinating some international financial affaires, in particular, international financial regulation, internationally; focus on making some rules for international economic & financial activities the internationally. That is the G20 international community needs.）
